Hello readers,
I am back this week with the designs for the April journal set ups including monthly log, sleep, mood and self-care trackers.
April Monthly Log

As we are beginning a new month, I have changed the colour scheme from green to red for the next few months.
I added red swirls as borders and frames for every day in the monthly log. I have added a sticker for my teams first championship roller derby game for this upcoming sunday. I use these stickers to document every game I play or watch.
This month's quote is:
Be here now, be like the sun. You need no permission to exist, to rise, to shine.
I used one of my mandala stencils for decoration under the quote, with a range of colours that I found on an April colour scheme via Google including teal, yellow and pink.
April Sleep Tracker

This is the set up for my April Sleep Tracker, where I will be using red and yellow to colour each days sleep bar.
April Mood and Self-Care Tracker

I combined these two trackers as they were smaller on their own.
I will be using red, yellow and green to track my moods as I did last month. I will also be using blue, purple and pink to track the non-negotiable self-care tasks I do each day: reading, bullet journalling and playing video games.
If you head to my Instagram page this week I will be showcasing the completed logs for March as well as my weekly quote log.
See you next week for another blog,
Sophie
