This week I am going to be talking about creating a wishlist for my bullet journal.
I decided that in 2025 I want to have a range of different trackers alongside the ones I use already and some other pages that I might find interesting to try.
Currently I have a self-care, sleep, mood and reading tracker so I went onto Pinterest and Instagram to find some more ideas. I also recently starting tracking monthly goals so next year I will be including those from January too.
After some research and slimming the list down to 6, I decided to make a little wishlist page so that when I have created the trackers and pages I can tick them off.

Rate My Day
I found this idea through an Instagram reel, which uses a similar design to My Year in Pixels, to rate everyday of the year. I decided that it would be fun to have a way to rate how my day went, and it means more colour coding which is always a bonus! It will also be good to have this near my daily log so I can reflect on each day and give it an accurate rating.
Weather Tracker
As a dog walker I read the weather forecast before I get up in the mornings! This tracker will be very helpful for me and I may make it so I'm able to choose more than one type of weather for each day. If this year is anything to go by, the weather definitely doesn't always stay sunny and bright all day!!!
Doodle of the Day
I always love doodling so to dedicate 12 pages just to that will be really fun! I will most likely end up with a theme for each month, or perhaps a colour scheme where I only use a specific colour for the doodles. I will plan this more when I set up these pages next year.
Movie Tracker
In my current bullet journal I tracked TV shows I wanted to watch, so I have decided next year I want to keep tabs on the films I watch. I might write a one sentence review of each film as well as rating them from 0 to 5 stars.
Colouring Page
I have a colouring book problem, so adding a page dedicated to this is definitely not going to help with that but it was an idea I liked the sound of. I may have a specific page where I doodle and colour for a set amount of time, or I may use my journal a bit like a scrapbook and put in pages of colouring books to actually colour. Or perhaps this may give me the push to actually finally finish one of my colouring books? We shall see 😅
The Undo List
Now this idea gave me so much inspiration, it is essentially the opposite to a to-do list. These are lists of habits you don't want to do anymore, for example I want to try and reduce the amount of time I spend on my phone. I am going to enjoy figuring out my personal annoying habits that I want to spend 2025 changing.
I will be spending a lot of time creating my new journal for 2025, which I am very excited to do over the Christmas holidays! It will involve two of my favourites things: planning and notebook shopping!
I may add even more trackers and page ideas to next years journal, but I really enjoyed making a list of them in one place. This means I can go back and check them off when I have designed the pages, which as a planner and a lover of lists is always so satisfying to do!
Thank you for reading this little ramble about my future journal ideas!
