Creating a Workout Tracker

Timelady Sophz

This week I will be writing about how you can use your bullet journal to track workouts.

I created a tracker for daily workouts I do alongside my roller derby training. I also do daily physio so I included that in my tracker too.

The first thing you need to do is choose what type of tracker you want to do, a daily, weekly or monthly tracker.

Then you can choose what type of workouts you want to track, in a previous journal I tracked how many yoga workouts I did each month.

You can then decide on a layout and design for the tracker. I used Pinterest for some inspiration as there were a lot of different workout trackers out there. I then adapted them to create a daily tracker that suited me: to track my roller derby training, physio, ring fit workouts, squats and wall sits.

Tracker for different workouts

I chose different colours for each activity I wanted to track. I also chose to start from the beginning of May, as it made sense to choose the month I began doing daily workouts alongside my training twice a week.

I look forward to using this tracker to keep tabs on my fitness and ensure I do some form of additional workouts when I am not on skates.

See you next week and as always,

Thank you for reading 🙂
