For June I am still using red as the main colour scheme, with a turquoise blue. The quote of the month is by Joan D. Chittister:

The Mood Tracker for June will use the same mandala layout as May.

I will be using the same layout for my Self-Care Tracker as I have for the previous months of this year. I will aim to maintain all 3 self-care strategies each day in June.

The Sleep Tracker for June will alternate between red and yellow blocks to show how many hours I slept each night.

This is a new tracker as of May so I am planning to keep tabs on my daily physio alongside roller derby training, wall sits, squats and any workouts I do using Ring Fit.

I began tracking my top 8 songs I listen to each month, so I have set this up ready to fill in at the end of June.
