Hello readers,
I am back after a little break from blogging with my completed logs for June and newly set up designs ready for July.
This week's post will cover all of the June logs and mini reflections on them before introducing my layouts for July.
June Monthly Log

I had a very busy June, but I wasn't able to attend as many roller derby training sessions as I would've liked. Illness and ankle pain was very unhelpful. Renewed determination to go to all training sessions I can in July 💪🏻.
I finished June by attending Scoutabout, which is a massive Surrey-wide event with over 4500 Scouts and Guides camping from Friday through to Sunday. Safe to say, I needed a lot of sleep to recover from that fun weekend!
I also read every single day of June which I am particularly chuffed about, despite being busy with work, Cubs and Scouts. I am planning to repeat this for July as well.
June Sleep Tracker

I had a wide range of sleep over June, due to heat, taking my mum to the airport early in the morning and camping with Scouts. However I made up for this with taking time to ensure I gained back sleep I missed the days after I had rubbish sleep.
June Mood Tracker

My June Mood Tracker was much like May, all green days! Despite some ankle injuries I felt good everyday this month, I chose to look on the positive side: resting my ankle means I can work and go back to skating when it is healed.
June Self-Care Tracker

I am really happy that I managed to read every single day in June. I am also enjoying what I'm reading so that helps, I highly recommend Ninth House and Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo for those bookworms amongst you. I am aiming to continue this into July as well.
June Reading Tracker

This shows how my daily reading went, reading at least 1 or more chapters a day for every day in June. I am going to try and read at least 2 chapters or more every day in July, to challenge myself a little more!
July Monthly Log

Here is my set up for July's Monthly Log. I used two different shades of purple with a mandala stencil, as it matched the aesthetic of the washi tape I added to the bottom of the page.
July's quote of the month is:
Opening the door to July, with its promise of laughter, sunshine and good times
July Sleep Tracker

My sleep tracker is all ready to go and as you can see I used the same washi tape here as I did for my Monthly spread.
July Mood Tracker

New month means a new Mood Tracker design and a new colour scheme. July's colour is purple so I used a purple pen with this mandala stencil. I am unsure yet as to which parts I will use for each day and if that will remain the same the whole way through July, so we will see...
July Self-Care Tracker

I am using the same layout as for all the previous Self-care trackers, with three colours for my non-negotiable self-care strategies: reading, playing video games and bullet journalling.
I will be back to my usual weekly blog updates next week,
Thank you for reading,
Sophie 😁🏕📖
