Hi,
I am back after a little break from blogging and as it is the beginning of September, I plan on updating more regularly!
Today I have got a bumper blog post to cover some of July, August and my bullet journal logs set ups for September.
July and August
July Monthly Log

Here is my completed Monthly Log for July.
I was very busy and enjoyed my first Eastbourne Extreme roller derby tournament with my new team.
I completed two books and started a third during July, which means I am well on my way to reaching my 24 books in 2024!
August Monthly Log

August was a very busy month, I spent a lot of it preparing for the Eras Tour with one of my friends!
I made around 150 friendship bracelets and traded quite a lot away with other Swifties and staff at the concert.
I ended up creating two memory boxes, one with a frame showing mementos of the concert and one with all the bracelets I kept.
I also went to the Paris Olympic games with some family and friends which was incredible!
Sleep Trackers

I slept quite well over the months of July and August, excluding some days due to the humidity or late nights due to concerts or exploring Paris!
Mood Trackers

I had a great two months with all green days, which has meant over the last four months I've had all good days!
Self-Care Trackers

I managed to read, bullet journal and play video games for all of July and some of August. I missed a few days of all 3 self-care strategies in August because I was so busy!
September
Monthly Log

This is my set up for September, I used two types of washi tape and stuck to the purple colour scheme as I did with July and August.
I am planning to finish my current book soon, so I will update the chapter tracker with my progress.
My quote for September:
September reminds us to find joy in the present and appreciate the beauty of each passing season: Brenda Adams
Mood Tracker

This shows my mood trackers for both September and October, ready to be filled in.
Self-Care Tracker

These are my September and October trackers, ready to document my top 3 self-care strategies that I plan to do everyday.
I will be back next week with another blog,
Thank you for reading my little post,
Sophie
